YIN YOGA


 

Yin is a slow paced style of yoga which helps to ease tension held deep within the joints and connective tissues in the body and allows greater flexibility. Yin improves circulation in the joints and helps to regulate the body's flow of energy. Holding poses for a longer period of time teaches us to find comfort in less than comfortable places, and observe our thoughts and reactions from a place of calmness.
