A combination of breath and movement that flows through a sequence of poses that strengthen, squeeze and stretch both your body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, encouraging depth of understanding in the basics of alignment whilst allowing for the freedom of expression through vinyasa. Expect to move, breathe, sweat and walk away energised!

INSTRUCTOR: JAMES SMEE has been practicing yoga for over ten years and graduated from the Triyoga teacher training programme two years ago. He is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher. All classes aim to balance effort and ease. Teaching with a friendly, down-to-earth approach, James’s intention is to leave students feeling centred, relaxed and uplifted.
