HATHA YOGA & MEDITATION
The class starts and ends with breathing exercises, centring you in the moment and increasing awareness of body and mind, we move through mobilisation into a combination of basic asanas designed to strengthen and flex the body from head to toe, each posture can be modified, adapted or progressed to suit the level or preference of the student. We close with meditation and further pranayama, taking time to reflect on what we've learnt through our practice and allowing space to enjoy the benefits.
All levels and abilities are welcome, the class is suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
