Pilates

Pilates is a mind and body conditioning that help build flexibility, muscle strength, improve coordination and balance with specific breath pattern. Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified in a range of difficulty from beginning to advanced and for people with back problems.


INSTRUCTOR: ALYSON PEDRAO was born in  Brazil where he graduated as a Ballet and Contemporary Dancer. Since then he has collaborated with many different productions in the performance art and fitness industry. He has worked in  Brazil, Belgium and London as a dancer, actor, pilates instructor and coach. He studied STOTT Mat Pilates and Advance Matwork at the YMCA.
