Raja yoga

Raja Yoga or Yoga of the mind is a broad term for the whole of Yoga. It includes all 8 limbs of The Yoga Sutras of Pantajali. Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and asana (the various physical postures) are three of these limbs you will be working with in Lisa's class.
