VINYASA Yoga FLOW
Learn the way to restore the feeling of being grounded in your life and an awareness of your own body-mind system. This class will take you through breathing exercises, flow posture sequence and pressure points on your hands and feet to help you feel fresh and radiant.
Through the teachings of Yoga and her sister science of Ayurveda, balance can be achieved again, starting on the mat with your body and mind and moving forward off the mat through the every day challenges. A great way to start your week, release your energy blocks and enjoy a bit of a gentle massage in the end!
