Lisa moved to London in 2013 after living in Germany for a few years. She is originally from Sweden and has enjoyed living in and traveling the world.
Vipassana meditation started her spiritual path. With growing interest in Yoga, she instead came to spend more time with the Yogic practices.
Lisa completed her Ayurvedic practitioner training in Sweden in August 2015 and began consulting at that time.
In spring 2015 her dream to study Yoga finally came true and she travelled to Kaua'i Hawaii to study Yoga and Ayurveda on an Ayurvedic farm. Now she's recharged with sunshine and ready to share her experience and knowledge.
Lisa looks at Yoga as a practice that moves you into the natural state of stillness, self-awareness and balance. With pranayama, meditation and asana Lisa gives her students an opportunity to experience themselves in a new way.
Her classes offer an authentic Yoga experience available for all levels. With knowledge of both Yoga and Ayurveda, her intention is to inspire a balanced lifestyle and practice, suitable for the challenges of city life.
Lisa honours the precious gift of teaching as well the opportunity to share and grow with others on and off the mat.
