The Gallery Cafe offers a wide variety of Speciality teas to expand your palette and warm you up this winter.
Tea has a host of health benefits to get your new year off to a good start as well as being
revitalising and refreshing.

Lapsang Souchong 
Lapsang souchong's flavour is strong and smoky, similar to the smell of a campfire.
A favourite of Sherlock Holmes. Can be enjoyed with or without milk and sugar.
Earl Grey
This teas' elegant taste makes a nice change from English Breakfast. Its name derives from Charles Grey; Prime Minister to King William IV. According to legend he was given the
recipe from a Chinese Mandarin who's life he had saved.
Lotus Blossom 
A Japanese tea that really revitalises; enriched with
10 vitamins for your well being.
Indian Chai Spice
This is a rich black tea infused with the flavour of Indian spices including cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Chai is great to drink with friends and is extremely refreshing at any time of the day.
Rooibos 
Free of caffeine, high in antioxidants Rooibos is purported to assist with nervous tension,
allergies, digestive problems.
Delicious with or without milk. As well as Pure Rooibos we also serve: Rooibos Caramel and Rooibos Chai.

An exquisite blend of black and green tea with a fruity, peach-like notes. Wonderful any time of day!
Sencha Bancha
Sencha is the most common variety of Japanese green tea and the tea that a guest is most likely to be served when visiting a Japanese home. Sencha is noted for its delicate sweetness, mild astringency and flowery-green aroma.
Camomile & Lemongrass
A delicious and fragrant combination of Lemongrass, is drunk all over Asia as an aid to digestion and Camomile, which is said to help fight colds.
Genmaicha (‘Popcorn' Tea)
Genmaicha is the Japanese name for green tea combined with roasted brown rice. Its flavour is mild and combines the fresh grassy flavour of green tea with the aroma of the roasted rice.
Gunpowder 
This quality China green tea is rolled into tight pellets which unfurl in hot water. The pellets are a black-green colour and resemble gunpowder, which is how this robust, invigorating and delicious tea got its name. This tea is thought to be good for your teeth.
Superior Darjeeling
Flowery Darjeeling tea with a subtle, natural flavour and an
incomparable bouquet. Darjeeling tea, tea from the Darjeeling region in West Bengal, India, has traditionally been prized above all other black teas, especially in the United Kingdom.
Jasmine with Flowers
Jasmine tea has been known to relax and revitalise the mind and body fro centuries. A rich, mild flavour which also tends to settle the stomach.
Yogi Tea 
The tea is a blend of five traditional Ayurvedic spices: cardamom seed, cinnamon bark, clove bud, ginger root and black pepper. Ayurvedic medicine holds that this combination of spices has unique, healthful properties.
Yerba-Mate 
It is a slightly more potent stimulant than coffee and much gentler on the stomach. Said to aid mental alertness and have general healing properties. Available to drink with a bombilla.
Sakura (Wild Cherry) 
Enjoy Sakura's soft and mellow flavour. This cherry blossom flavoured green tea is made with natural cherry blossom leaf and pure cherry blossom extract.
Pu-Erh 
A strong earthy flavour and aroma. Drinking Pu-erh tea is purported to reduce blood cholesterol. It is also widely believed in Chinese cultures to counteract the unpleasant effects of heavy alcohol consumption!
Green Chai 
Green tea combined with tasty Indian spices; Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom and Black Pepper for a revitalising and invigorating experience.
