Then this is your class.  Open to everyone, this class is also suitable for any one suffering back pain or from stress/anxiety.  Taught by a yoga therapist this class focuses on increasing strength and flexibility, relieving stress and pain and calming the mind.  Combining strength work and relaxation, this is a class to take care of and be good to you.

INSTRUCTOR: NARAYANI was inspired by the words “easeful bodies, peaceful minds, useful lives”, she has been teaching since 2004 empowering students to be their healthiest, happiest, most effective selves. Her teaching draws on a wide variety of yoga tools including asana, pranayama and meditation, mantra, simple movement, partner work and self-study.  Classes may build flexibility, strength, mindful connection for life on and off the yoga mat and facilitate restorative rest.
