INspired Body yoga

Inspired Body Yoga is a Vinyasa yoga class encouraging you to live your most inspired life. 

Aiming to connect your mind and body, each class is taught in a light hearted way.  Focusing on energy, breath and alignment to give you strength from within and provide peace.    

During the class, tools in breath control, mindfulness and meditation are integrated in an accessible way, leading to your most inspired self. Open to all.
