INTEGRAL YOGA

TAUGHT BY: NARAYANI was inspired by the words “easeful bodies, peaceful minds, useful lives”, she has been teaching since 2004 empowering students to be their healthiest, happiest, most effective selves. Her teaching draws on a wide variety of yoga tools including asana, pranayama and meditation, mantra, simple movement, partner work and self-study.  Classes may build flexibility, strength, mindful connection for life on and off the yoga mat and facilitate restorative rest.
