Rebecca has had an interest in body work and spiritual development for many years. She studied ‘Shintaido’ (New body way) a Japanese body movement with roots in Karate.
She lived and worked in Japan for two years deepening her understanding of ‘Shintaido’ and becoming an instructor.
Now her main focus is Yoga and after practicing both Bikram, and Hatha Yoga for the past fifteen years she has become a qualified teacher with YMCA Yoga Professionals (500 hours.)
She believes Yoga is for everyone not just the bendy and beautiful and Hatha Yoga is a wonderful way to focus and calm the mind as well as tone and stretch the body.
