This is a complete morning practice to help you wake up, stretch out and find focus. There’s no better way to start your day!

Helen will guide you through a fluid sequence of hatha yoga postures - encouraging you to become curious about how each movement feels and to explore how you can interact with those sensations using your breath.  

This mindful, dynamic style of yoga works with the natural bio-mechanics of the body - balancing effort with relaxation to simultaneously build strength and relieve tension, while also allowing you the space to reflect, connect and develop a stronger sense of what yoga means for you.

Beginners and experienced yogis welcome.  Yoga is for every body and every body is different, so don’t worry - postures can always be adapted to suit you!
