Tai Chi is a martial art form which takes you through a series of postures, building stability, balance and strength in the body. It is systematic in it's approach and it allows each student to grow in their own way. Suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners. 


INSTRUCTOR: JAMES MILLS started practising Tai Chi in 2005 with Master Ding in his academy and has found that practising this internal martial art has enriched his life immensely. It is very systematic and holistic in its approach allowing each student to grow in their own unique way. He wants to share what he has learnt with others, making Tai Chi fun and interesting.
