Immerse yourself in the gentle but thoroughly absorbing and beneficial. Continuing to look at the 8 pieces of brocade chi kung and the first section of the Yang 108 step form. No previous experience necesary.
Mondays 12-1pm. Led by Dawn Bigsby.

Tai Chi

I went on a Tai-Chi retreat once and found it thoroughly enjoyable. I recommend this as good fun and good exercise!
