We will move through YIN And YANG yoga to balance the lunar and solar, masculine and feminine energies within the body.
14.40 -15.40 Nadia will guide you through YANG Flowing Yoga practice which will stimulate the Summer heat and energy in the body in dynamic yet grounding way.
15.40 -16. 00 Tea and healthy snacks break.
16.00-16.40 Nadia will lead you through soothing and relaxing sequence of Yin Yoga, focus to dwell deeper in the connective tissue providing sense of relaxation, grounding and letting go, allowing to open the body and deepen the yoga poses.
16.45-17.15 Yoga Nidra Practise : You will be given guidance on how to remain healthy and happy during the Autumn season and for those who want to join, after the workshop we'll head to the next door coffee shop for reflection.
