INSTRUCTOR: CAITLIN GRIFFITHS began practising yoga as a way to “switch off” from hectic life as a medical student and quickly became hooked, completing her Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow teacher training in India a few years later. Her classes aim to create a sense of balance by nourishing the mind-body connection in ways that simultaneously ground and uplift.
