YOGA ESSENTIALS FOR WOMEN
Yoga Essentials for Women is a mixed ability class where all people who identify as women are warmly welcome. It is a space for non-judgement and appreciating our bodies for what they can do and how they feel, rather than how they look. Incorporating a balanced mixture of Hatha postures, some dynamic Vinyasa Flow, and relaxation techniques.
INSTRUCTOR: LUCY SABIN cares deeply about using yoga to help her students achieve their mind-body goals. Her style of teaching is clear, compassionate, and down to earth.
