"Winter Wellbeing- don't allow the winter blues to catch you " Yoga Workshop

According to the principles of Ayurveda, winter can aggravate conditions that can weaken our immune systems and affect the way we feel due to cold, which is why it’s essential to take a good care of ourselves at this time of the year.
In Winter Wellbeing you will learn to keep healthy and happy during the winter season through the practices of Asana, Pranayama, Mindfulness Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. You will be able to connect on a deeper level, unleashing the creativity and inner flow each one of us have.
The workshop will start with a grounding winter yoga flow asana practise, followed by calming and purifying breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation. The last part of the workshop is dedicated to Yoga Nidra, very often referred to the Yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra or the lucid sleeping is among the deepest possible states of relaxation, while you still remain fully conscious. It’s proven to reduce tension and anxiety, such as headache, giddiness, chest pain, sweating, and post-traumatic stress.
Everyone will leave with a paper copy of the winter yoga sequence for home practice, including tips for winter wellbeing.
