DESCRIPTION:

Ashtanga is a powerful dynamic sequence, focused on developing strength, balance and discipline. If you haven't done Ashtanga before and are looking to try something new or push yourself a little, this is a great place to start!
As the name suggests, we will be doing a shorter version of the Full Primary Series, meaning the class will last an hour including warm-up and cool-down, and the sequence is adapted to be more accessible to all. The practice will tone and stretch all major muscle groups, while helping you build inner strength and resilience.

This is a perfect class for beginners looking to challenge themselves and intermediate yogis. Most of the positions should be familiar to you if you've been practicing yoga for some time, but I will be here to guide you through and adjust the pace as required.
