Bethnal Green-based artist F. Zeeshan Choudhury unveils her new visual language to record local folklores, expressed through a sari printed with bespoke woodblock stamps.
Join artist F. Zeeshan Choudhury and her collaborator Rasel Rana alongside Virginia Orr to celebrate the opening of the Gallery Café exhibition Made in Bethnal Green. Learn how Choudhury used queer and disability theory to approach collecting local folklores, and then take part in a folklore-collecting workshop where we make a collaborative art piece to be exhibited in the space.
