Talitha Arts is an arts and mental health charity who deliver therapeutic arts workshops to a variety of vulnerable groups and communities.

Sharing artwork, poetry, and direct quotes from Talitha’s workshop participants. Building a sense of the work of the charity and the therapeutic and transformative power of the creative arts for mental health and well-being.
