This welcoming Vinyasa Flow class is designed to support beginners while offering options for more experienced practitioners. Together, we’ll explore foundational postures, flowing sequences, and mindful progressions that help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in your practice. Each session will weave movement with breath, guiding you to connect more deeply with your body and find ease in each transition. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refine your flow, this class offers a supportive space to grow, move, and breathe at your own pace.

Suitable for all levels — come as you are, and leave feeling centered, energized, and refreshed.

About Áine:

Áine is a dynamic, grounded, and creative yoga teacher who completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Flow training in 2024. She is passionate about designing imaginative sequences that weave together breath, movement, and yoga philosophy to create a practice that is both nourishing and inspiring. With drama school training, Áine brings presence, creativity, and a playful energy into her teaching, encouraging students to explore their practice with curiosity and confidence. Her classes are designed to be grounding, spicy, and fun — offering space for all levels to move, grow, and connect.

Access: If you have any access needs of which we should be aware, please let us know. Entry to The Canvas is step-free, but the toilet is not accessible. Time: 7.30-8.30am

Tickets:

  • Pay Less (covers some of our costs) – I am a student, unemployed, on benefits or financially stressed - £4

  • Standard (covers most of our costs) – I am employed, have some expendable income, and manage to meet my basic needs - £8

  • Pay More (covers all of our costs and supports our work) – I am employed or have enough savings to comfortably meet my basic needs - £12
