The Create Place is our flexible community arts space. It is a launchpad for starting a creative project that benefits your community, and a space for people to be together, to share skills, to create, and to have fun.

Off-Peak £10 /hour (Weekdays until 5pm)
Peak Time £15 /hour (Evenings and weekends)
This pricing option is for independent community projects, individuals and activities that have a strong focus around community building, aiding vulnerable groups, supporting local artists and promoting inclusive wellness programs.

Off-Peak £20 /hour (Weekdays until 5pm)
Peak Time £25 /hour (Evenings and weekends)
This pricing option is for all private hire and projects that are held to generate income. Although these are private and independent bookings, the activities will still need to be aligned with the general ethos of St Margaret’s House.

In Kind
Free
This pricing option is for projects, individuals and activities that are aligned to St. Margaret’s House’s wellbeing mission and hosted in collaboration with SMH and our wellbeing programme. If you plan a workshop that will be FREE for the community to attend, depending on the theme and structure, the hire charge might not apply.
