Mindful Photography Workshop for Wellbeing
Mindful Photography Workshop for Wellbeing is an 8-week journey to cultivate mindfulness and creativity through photography (you can use your smartphone and don't need to commit to whole course).
Each week, we'll dive into different mindfulness practices, including breath work, meditation, and mindful movement, to help us connect more deeply with ourselves and our creative potential. We'll also take photo walks in the local area to explore and capture the beauty of East London.
Throughout the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to share your work with the group and receive feedback in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. By the end of the 8 weeks, you'll have developed a greater sense of presence, awareness, and creative expression.
