Mindful Movement and Joyful Dance

A transformative session combining mindful movement and joyful community dance!

Join Aditi to release stress, connect with your body, and unwind. Through guided, intuitive movements, you'll learn to process and move through emotions, recharge your spirit, and rediscover joy. The session closes with a short but lively joyful dance session—no steps to learn, just move and celebrate with us!

What to Expect:
- Mindful, Intuitive Movement:
Begin with gentle, guided movement to help you tune into your body’s rhythm and needs. Listen to your body—take only what resonates and move at your own pace.

-Explore & Release Emotions: Engage in movement flows that allow you to bring awareness to emotions. Use movement as a way to externalize, process, and transform these feelings, bringing ease and release to mind and body.

-Community Dance: Move into a fun Bollywood-inspired dance that’s all about joy and connection! This portion invites playful, freeform dancing - no choreography or steps to learn.

- Breathwork & Cool-Down: After community dancing, return to calm with grounding breathwork, reconnecting with your breath. End with gentle stretches or a peaceful moment to wrap up the session feeling centred and refreshed.

What to bring:

●     Wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement.

●     Feel free to go barefoot, socks or wear shoes.

●     Bring a water bottle.

Join us and embrace mindful movement that’s accessible to all—no experience needed! Let’s move together, to connect with our inner self and our community!

About Aditi:

Aditi's passion for movement stems from her childhood growing up in India, where dance was an integral part of her culture. Formally trained in Bharatanatyam, an Indian classical dance form, and Jazz and Modern dance, Aditi brings a unique perspective to mindful movement practices.

After facing personal health challenges and overcoming entrepreneurial burnout, Aditi created Move to Thrive (MTT). This workshop series combines her love for Indian movement traditions with the power of mindfulness to help individuals de-stress, find joy, and reconnect with their inner child. It's an invitation to stress less and thrive more through mindful movement play.
