All of our wellbeing classes are drop-in, so just come along!  The classes take place in the Yoganest, our cosy studio at 27 Old Ford Road, unless stated otherwise. No need to bring a mat, we have plenty :)

Guided Self Practice Taster

21st October | 2 to 3.15pm | Yoganest | Free

We will be launching 'guided self-practise' yoga classes from November.

This class aims to bring students together to create an environment where they can be supported in developing a self-practise. The structure of the practise will be the same from week to week so students can follow it at their own pace and make progression.

To introduce you to this practice, we’re offering a FREE taster session on 21st October from 2-3.15pm, where you will move through a series of postures with the support of teacher Emanuela.
