Finding Home: First Things First

  • The Chapel at St. Margaret's House 21 Old Ford Road London, England, E2 9PL United Kingdom (map)

Run, yoga and meditation followed by coffee and pastries. A restorative morning for creative minds

First Things First is One For The Road's wellness experience designed specifically for creatives.

Combining movement, mindfulness and community, the session begins with a gentle run before transitioning into yoga and meditation. Afterwards, participants are invited to stay for coffee, pastries and conversation.

Created to help people slow down and reconnect with themselves and others, First Things First offers a refreshing start to the day and a reminder that creativity flourishes when we make space to look after ourselves.

This event is a part of Finding Home, a weekend-long creative takeover exploring the meaning of home through art, music, writing, wellness and community.

One For The Road - One For The Road is a creative collective building a home for London's emerging creative community. Through theatre, film, music, writing and cultural events, we bring people together to make work, share ideas and form lasting creative connections. We believe the best things happen when ambitious, curious people gather in the same room, and our mission is to create spaces where creativity, collaboration and community can thrive.
