Writting our legacy: Poetry Room
The UK’s finest poets, thinkers and musicians exploring the ideas that matter to minoritised people with a mixed audience in a safe, chilled cabaret setting. With special guests, poets and artists Sonia Quintero, Simo Lagnawi and Roy McFarlane. Plus our hosts for the night Akila Richards and DJ Fever2Ray from African Night Fever.
On the night, expect Simo in full flow with his tribe of Gnawis for a full-power performance, poetry readings by Roy McFarlane and Sonia Quintero and a conversation with Roy McFarlane hosted by Akila Richards.

Step-free entry to The Gallery Cafe is at the rear, through the garden. It is accessible through the gate located two doors to the left of the cafe’s main entrance. If you need access to an accessible toilet, please let us know so we can arrange that.
