Join our Social Gardening Club!
The St Margaret’s House garden has been redeveloped over the past two years. 2023 saw the installation of the RHS gold medal winning 'Talitha Arts Garden', and in 2024 we did landscaping work to make the garden fully accessible.
Weeding and watering are two really important tasks that the garden needs, and we love for members of our community to get involved in the maintenance of the garden. So many of us don’t have access to a garden at home, so we want to make our garden available to everyone who is looking for that opportunity.
Gardening can be a really therapeutic activity that is good for wellbeing, so join us!
We hold monthly gardening meetups on the third Wednesday of the month but we also welcome anyone popping by for a short period of time, even 5 mins of weeding makes a huge difference in the overall upkeep of the garden!

Wednesday 21st October, 4-6pm
Wednesday 18th November, 4-6pm
Wednesday 16th December, 4-6pm

Access: If you have any access needs of which we should be aware, please let us know. There are step-free and wheelchair accessible routes around and through the garden and an accessible toilet on site.
