St Margaret's House Explore Outdoors programme is an annual series of free outdoor arts and wellbeing activities for adults in Victoria Park, to support the health and wellbeing of Tower Hamlets residents.

This 90-minute heart-led practice will guide you to reconnect with the living world around you through walking, breathing exercises and journaling in Victoria Park.
