Our charity boutique
Ayoka is our charity boutique: a treasure trove, full to the brim with secondhand delights. You can get your hands on affordable designer and vintage clothes, homewares, antiques, DVDs, CDs and books. You’ll find us next door to the main SMH building, at 23 Old Ford Road. All proceeds from our charity shop go back into supporting our programme.
Our vegan cafe
Since first opening its doors in 2006, The Gallery Cafe is our largest in-house community project. As well as offering affordable vegan dishes, locally-ground coffees, vegan sweet treats, and healthy juices, we also host exciting live events and programme of art exhibitions from up-and-coming artists.

We offer affordable office space for community, charity and grassroots organisations in our superb Grade II listed Georgian premises in Bethnal Green, Tower Hamlets.

From our Edwardian board room and converted chapel to our large hall and small cabin, we have a diverse selection of meeting rooms and event spaces available to hire on an ad-hoc basis.
