Office Space
We have a wide range of Charity and CIC tenants across the St Margaret's House settlement. From time to time, office spaces become available for a new tenant to move into; when this happens it is an opportunity for us to look at the overall balance of our tenants between those with an arts based practice, and those will a wellbeing based practice.
If no office spaces are listed as currently available, but you would like to express your interest in being added to a waiting list, please get in touch.
Please note we typically only accept tenants who are charities, CICs or individuals whose work has a strong community focus.
33 sqm office
This is a well proportioned space that can accommodate 6-8 desks depending on how the space is configured.
It is a ground floor office, with access to toilet and kitchenette facilities on the ground floor. There is one step up into the main building this office is located in.
There will be a slight rental increase from April 2026, but until 31 March, the rent is: £916.84 per month
This office space is available from March.
Hot-desking opportunity
London Arts and Health (LAH) are tenants here at St Margaret’s House and offer hot-desking opportunities to their members, alongside other benefits.
You can book their hot-desking space via their website. They offer a discount to LAH members —it's free to join and only takes a few minutes.
