Office Space

We have a wide range of Charity and CIC tenants across the St Margaret's House site. From time to time, office spaces become available for a new tenant to move into; when this happens it is an opportunity for us to look at the overall balance of our tenants and we will prioritise new tenants who bring something new to the St Margaret’s House community.

We typically only accept tenants whose work has a strong community focus. We welcome applications from prospective tenants working across the charity and community sectors, and are particularly interested in those working with people of global majority or working class backgrounds and/or with characteristics protected under the Equalities Act.

Our Shared Values

This office space has a relaxed, creative atmosphere where people work hard but enjoy the process. The current tenant’s are a small team of architects working in a bright, design-focused space with a positive and collaborative studio culture. It’s a professional but informal environment - ideal for architects, designers, artists, or other creative professionals looking for an inspiring place to work. The office has great natural light, proper desks, and a calm working environment.

Located a short walk from Bethnal Green station and surrounded by great cafes and lunch spots. Next to Be Well gym and swimming pool at York Hall.

There is the option for one (or more) organisations to co-share this space, so all x5 desks is £1,100 per month. An individual desk is £290 per month.
