Sound Bath with Sekrit

Experience the immersive rejuvenating frequencies of a Sound Bath bringing you into a state of relaxation. Dan Bilbrough brings his experience as a Sound Therapist, as well as a touring musician and recording artist, to curate sounds of a deep sense of peace, helping to calm the mind and body from any stress. Through the use of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong and Percussion, Dan produces sounds as an enabler to help you feel more enriched, connected and in harmony with yourself.

There are a limited number of spaces available so please book in early to secure your place. Please bring something comfortable to lay down on and a blanket as you receive the rich sounds and vibrations.

N.B - It is best advised to not attend if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant, have a condition that is triggered by sound and/or have a serious mental condition.

About Dan:

Dan Bilbrough a.k.a Sekrit is a Musician, Composer, DJ and Sound Therapist,

Dan has played live on the BBC, performed and/or recorded for the likes of Brit Award nominee Beth Rowley (BBC 6 Album of The Day), Vanessa Freeman, DJ Kengo, Kate Westall, Sheldon Bangera, the All Souls Orchestra and regular collaborator with Wilderthorn. He has also collaborated on projects with top musicians Raul D'Oliveira (trumpeter for Sting, Elton John, Gloria Gaynor), Dave Cooke (Producer for Cliff Richard and Helen Shapiro), Martin Neil (Black Peppercorns). He has played at some of the U.Ks finest venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Jazz Cafe, Brixton Academy and the Union Chapel as well as across Europe and Asia.

His music productions have received radio play on stations such as Radio 1, Radio 1Xtra, Rinse FM, Capital Xtra and Worldwide FM. Dan a.k.a Sekrit has also composed soundtracks for short films, dance performance One%' performed at Breakin Convention 2020 Sadlers Wells and theatre which have included the trailer for 2017 BAFTA nominated film 'Mouth Of Hell' and play ‘Custody’ directed by BAFTA award winner Gbemisola Ikumelo which received 5 star reviews and a UK tour. His music has also featured on Channel 4's 'How To Paint The Mona Lisa', BBC News 24, Amazon Prime's 'The Grand Tour' and hit show 'Top Gear'.

His music and performances curate rhythmic soundscapes, emotive melodies with authentic textures. Synthesising live hip-hop & experimental drumming, electronic sounds and Tabla playing. The performance settings vary from DJ upbeat club vibes to reflective moods that both bring an inspiring spiritual experience.

Dan is also a fully qualified Sound Therapist having studied with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST). Playing instruments such as Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs and Drums in therapeutic ways to help improve people's health and/or wellbeing.
