Start your day with 30 minutes of calm to discover more focus, composure and energy for your day ahead. This practical session will introduce different methods of mindfulness available to bring you a little peace of mind when you need it most. It has been shown that a regular Mindfulness practice can reduce stress, improve focus and cognitive function, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep, and enhance creative thinking. This session will take place in our beautiful chapel, or if the sun is shining in our garden under the famous mulberry tree.
