There is no upper age limit - everyone can enjoy ballet movement to support their physical health and general mood.

About your practitioner, Anna White:

‘The background training I received is based on the most prestigious A.Vaganova Ballet Method (Moscow programme), and is a strong foundation for my professional training. I have successfully performed on stage and freelanced for 20 years. Self-motivated and passionate about what I do, my classes are always enjoyable and interesting, since ballet can be a tricky subject. I always find a way to explain it in a very simple way to my students so they can fully benefit from the ballet class and feel like they are real ballerinas.’ Facebook Page
