The perfect midday pick-me-up to leave you feeling energised and refreshed, our 45-minute Slow Flow class on Thursday and Friday lunchtimes throughout summer will connect your breath and movement through a creative sequence of poses. This is a gentle class and suitable for all abilities, and variations will be provided so you can do your practice to support your body.

Led by Áine, join us at The Glade in Victoria Park.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you.
If the weather is especially wet or windy, the class will be either cancelled or moved to a venue at St Margaret's House, and you will be notified by email.
