“Grateful to have spent half of my life in a studio or on stage, movement has always been a joy! Dance has taught me discipline and vitality of community while inspiring exploration and creativity. Exploring what the body is capable of should be a playful experience and I love to support those in finding their flow. Connection to the self through breathwork and movement is always the intention of my classes, sharing a smile is a bonus! Being a guide and a witness to yoga's transformative potential is something I truly cherish.
