The perfect way to start your Saturday! Enjoy guided meditation and breath work surrounded by blissful music. Followed by dynamic movement and restorative stretching. Leave feeling connected to the body and breath! Sweating optional, smiling inevitable! 

About Jess:

‘As a children’s Occupational Therapist and yoga teacher, I am super passionate about community, participation and inclusion. Yoga is about unity and connection firstly with your own body, mind and soul. Turning inwards and finding inner peace. Movement is medicine, our bodies are always communicating to us, we just need to listen. I strive to create an environment where you tune in to what you need to heal and restore. I am curious about the unseen and energetic body. I use reiki and crystals and sometimes drums to work intuitively and creatively. Look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Access: If you have any access needs of which we should be aware, please let us know. Entry to The Canvas is step-free but the toilet is not accessible. If you need access to an accessible toilet, please let us know so we can arrange that.

Tickets:

  • Pay Less (covers some of our costs) – I am a student, unemployed, on benefits or financially stressed - £4

  • Standard (covers most of our costs) – I am employed, have some expendable income, and manage to meet my basic needs - £8

  • Pay More (covers all of our costs and supports our work) – I am employed or have enough savings to comfortably meet my basic needs - £12
