A welcoming Vinyasa Flow class designed to support beginners while offering options for more experienced practitioners.
This open-level Vinyasa Flow class welcomes beginners while offering depth and challenge for those with a regular practice. We’ll move through creative sequences, explore foundational postures, and connect breath with movement to support strength, fluidity, and focus. Options are always available, so you can meet yourself exactly as you are each time you step onto the mat.
