About your ELM practitioners:

Linda Cremin - ‘I studied Eastern Medicine and Acupuncture at The London City College of Chinese Medicine and am a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC). I specialize in Acupuncture and Tui Na Chinese Medical Massage, focusing on restoring Qi balance to support healing.

Passionate about women’s health, I have witnessed the benefits of acupuncture in my own life and work. I also lead women’s circles and belly dance classes to promote well-being and fertility.

With over 20 years in mental health, I specialize in Auricular Acupuncture for addiction and trauma. As a Reiki Master, Crystal Healing Therapist, and Sound Healer, I integrate energy work, sound healing, and shamanic practices to restore harmony and balance.’

About Litha Rose - ‘My name is Litha Rose Brucia and I am a shamanic therapist and Chinese Medicine practitioner. I've received a diploma for Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from Yang Sheng Academy and I am a member of The Acupuncture Society.

I am passionate about Chinese Medicine because it carries ancient wisdom to assist us in restoring balance and vitality, coming into rhythm with the seasons and harmony with nature and coming into full self-expression.

I am happy to be sharing the wonderful benefits of acupuncture treatments, which stimulate points on the body to promote flow, balance and self-healing, as well as Chinese Medicine wisdom-based lifestyle tips (also known as Yang Sheng) to promote wellbeing at East London Multibed (ELM).

I also serve the East London community by hosting women's circles and tea meditations to offer stillness, connection and presence in this busy world we live in.
