Join us on Tuesday mornings in the Canvas for our women’s wellbeing sessions, led by yoga practitioner Vimalamani. These sessions provide a welcoming and safe space to take part in gentle movement and meditation, helping to improve your mood, confidence, and feelings of wellbeing.

The session is an hour of guided beginner’s yoga and mindfulness, and includes both chair-based and mat-based exercises which can be adapted for different mobilities.

Access: If you have any access needs of which we should be aware, please let us know. Entry to The Canvas is step-free, but the toilet is not accessible.
