Join us on Tuesday mornings in the Canvas for our women’s wellbeing sessions, led by yoga practitioner Vimalamani. These sessions provide a welcoming and safe space to take part in gentle movement and meditation, helping to improve your mood, confidence, and feelings of wellbeing.
The session is an hour of guided beginner’s yoga and mindfulness, and includes both chair-based and mat-based exercises which can be adapted for different mobilities.
These sessions run in term-time with a break for half term.
Autumn Term 2025 Dates: Tuesday 23rd September to Tuesday 2nd December (no session Tuesday 28th October)
Spring Term 2026 Dates: Tuesday 13th January to Tuesday 24th March (no session Tuesday 17th February)
