Spring into Fun: Easter at St Margaret's House

2nd April 2026

As we move through April, we are taking a moment to recognise Stress Awareness Month, a reminder of how important it is to care for our wellbeing in simple, everyday ways. At St Margaret’s House, we invite you to take part in our activities, from creative workshops to gentle wellbeing sessions, all designed to help you slow down, recharge and connect with others. Whether you are looking to build new habits or just take a small break from a busy routine, there is something here to support you.

We also have a range of activities planned for young people this half term, offering space to play, create and explore. From storytelling and performance in Snow White, Rose Red, Bear Brown to hands-on making in our Crafterschool Easter Holiday Workshops, there are plenty of ways for children to stay engaged and inspired. We would love to welcome you and your family to join in and make the most of what is happening this week.

Check out our What's on page and read on to find out what's coming up!

Join us for some holiday crafting as we work together to create a collaborative piece of craft that will be displayed at St Margaret's House.

Snow White, Rose Red, Bear Brown is a puppetry and storytelling show from Theatre of Widdershins with unique pop-up sets and original music.

Get your items that need fixing together, because our Repair Cafe is coming back to St Margaret's House. Join us in the Mulberry Hall, where we'll help you mend and repair a range of items.

A supportive mat Pilates class connecting mind and body to build stability, mobility and ease through low-impact movement. Due to the success of these sessions, during April, we will have an additional slot every Sunday at 12.15pm.

The Civilisations presents a series of Sculptural works by Artist Tajinder Dhami that explore the entwined forces of spirituality and Hegemony. Dhami creates mini-worlds and micro-stages where objects mirror past, present and future conditions.
