Join the Brown Girls Book Club to explore South Asian women’s writing and connect with a likeminded community
The Brown Girls Book Club was established in 2018 by SASS (South Asian Sisters Speak) to address the lack of South Asian representation in our literature curriculums.
Every other month we choose a book written by a South Asian female author and bring together our community to celebrate these and discuss the wider themes these raise within our communities.
Our sessions are informal and an opportunity to meet and connect with other like-minded women.
