Daytime Art Cafe

  • The Gallery Cafe at St. Margaret's House 21 Old Ford Road London, England, E2 9PL United Kingdom (map)

Join us for an extra special day-time Art Cafe as part of our Discover Festival

Whether you are looking for something to do during the day, or want to find some time during working hours to get creative, come along and take part in this collaborative and community based workshop. As long as the weather is nice, we'll be in the garden.

Come with friends or come solo — whatever feels right. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed and open to everyone. Although the sessions are aimed at adults, you’re welcome to bring your children if that’s the only way you can attend. You’re also encouraged to bring your own projects if you’d like a cosy space to create alongside others. You’ll be supported by our artist, Shahena. Tables will be set up where you can collage on your own or with a group of people.

The Art Cafe runs from 2-4pm and you’re free to drop in whenever you can, even if it’s just for a short while. All materials are provided and the Gallery Cafe will be open for food and drinks if you’d like refreshments while you create.

This event is part of the St Margaret’s House Discover Festival
