Step into The Studio: Your New Rehearsal Space Awaits!

19th February 2026

This week at St Margaret’s House, we warmly invite you to join in with our activities and enjoy everything happening across our spaces. If you're looking for something engaging and positive this week, we'd love to welcome you. It's half term, and we'd love hosting a free Circus Club where children and young people can learn new skills, build confidence and have plenty of fun together. Our half term activities are always free because we believe every family should have access to creative, active experiences during the school holidays.

Looking ahead, all of our future half term activities will take place in our new rehearsal space, The Studio. This flexible and welcoming space has been designed for movement, creativity and collaboration. The Studio is also available to hire as a rehearsal and multipurpose venue, ideal for creative experimentation and team away days. If you are looking for a bright and adaptable space for your next project, The Studio could be the perfect fit.

Menopause Yoga is both a therapeutic style of yoga designed to help people manage menopause symptoms and a positive, empowering approach to this stage of life. It is a holistic approach to women’s health. It combines Western medical science and Eastern wellbeing practices to educate women about menopause, help them manage their main symptoms, and provide support and guidance to help them embrace menopause as an opportunity for self-knowledge and growth.
