Join us for the screening of Omitted - a docu-style short film by The Black Curriculum that exposes the absence of Black British history and the enduring legacy of colonialism in the UK’s national curriculum.

 

This exhibition, Colour and Geometry, traces Paul McMichael’s artistic journey from social realism to geometric abstraction, revealing his evolving fascination with colour, structure and the expressive balance between form and feeling.

 

Experience the immersive rejuvenating frequencies of a Sound Bath bringing you into a state of relaxation. Through the use of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong and Percussion, Dan produces sounds as an enabler to help you feel more enriched, connected and in harmony with yourself.

 

Integral Yoga addresses the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of being: gentle postures followed by breathing practices, deep relaxation and an introduction to meditation

 

Join Routes 4-month Mentoring Programme and support a refugee or asylum-seeking woman to pursue goals in education or employment. As a Routes mentor, you'll develop skills in inclusive leadership, communication, and goal-setting through online training (15 hours total) and 1:1 mentoring (10 hours total).

Routes next Mentoring Programme runs from mid-March to July 2026, and applications are open until 15th December 2025.
