Explore Outdoors: Arts, wellbeing and more in Victoria Park
30 July 2026
Summer is in full swing, and there's still plenty of time to enjoy everything our Explore Outdoors programme has to offer. Set in the beautiful Victoria Park, these free arts and wellbeing sessions invite you to slow down, breathe a little deeper and spend time in nature, whether that's through gentle movement, creative workshops, mindful walks, or simply sharing a peaceful moment with others.
Each session offers a chance to reconnect with yourself, meet new people and enjoy the simple benefits of being outdoors. You can join as many or as few activities as you like, and whether you're returning for another session or thinking of coming along for the first time, we'd love to welcome you.
And if the park has left you glowing, why not make a stop at The Gallery Cafe afterwards? Our new summer menu has just arrived, and with air conditioning now keeping things nice and cool, it's the perfect place to escape the heat. Settle in with an iced drink or a coffee, enjoy a bite to eat, and take your time before heading home.
