This Saturday is World Mental Health Day. It's an opportunity to reflect on how we look after our own mental health, how we listen to those with lived experience of different conditions and how we create a society based on care, understanding and acceptance.
The focus of our work at St Margaret's House is creative health, believing that creative activities can improve everyone's physical and mental health, prevent ill-health, and support recovery.
