Wellbeing Wonderland: New Year, New You!
8th January 2026
This week at St Margaret’s House, we invite you to start the new year with purpose by taking part in our activities. You can join workshops, wellbeing sessions and creative events that offer space to learn, reflect and connect with others. Whether you want to try something new or ease back into a routine, our activities offer a positive, welcoming way to start the year feeling engaged and supported.
Alongside this, we are proud to support Veganuary at The Gallery Cafe. Our vegan cafe serves nourishing, plant-based food made with care, offering a simple and enjoyable way to explore more sustainable choices. You do not need to commit to anything new, just come in, enjoy a meal and see how small changes can feel good for both you and the planet.

This session is the best way to get a mid-week energy boost. It suits newcomers and those who practise often, as you move at your own pace, build strength and settle your focus with steady breath. Options are always available, so you can meet yourself exactly as you are each time you step onto the mat.

The class is open level and suitable for people new to Pilates.
