Feeling like you could use a little time to recharge? Our wellbeing sessions are here to help you slow down, move, breathe and make some space for yourself. From beginner-friendly yoga classes to restorative acupuncture and relaxing mindfulness in the park, there are plenty of ways to give your wellbeing a little boost. Whether you're a regular or trying something for the first time, come along, get comfortable and find what feels good for you.
And speaking of keeping comfortable, we have some very cool news, quite literally! The Gallery Cafe now has air conditioning, making it an even better spot to escape the summer heat. Pop in for a refreshing drink, something tasty to eat, a catch-up with friends or simply a peaceful break from the sunshine. Come in, cool down and make yourself at home.

This class is for anyone who wishes to practise gently and relax deeply. We begin with calming meditation and gentle breath-led movement to release physical tension before transitioning into some restorative postures and relaxation infused with the healing energy of sound.
Celebrate Bangladeshi heritage with homemade food from 6pm from Oitij-jo Kitchen, a women-led project rooted in East London and a brilliant performance, 7pm-9pm, by global musicians from Grand Union Orchestra with post-concert Q&A.
